Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that every experience with our brand is exceptional.

If your order arrives with a defect or is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you include clear photos and a brief description of the issue so we can swiftly review and resolve the matter. Should the issue be verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no
additional cost.

In cases where a customization error occurs due to our oversight, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to correct the mistake, either by reprinting your item or processing a refund as appropriate.

While shipping delays or issues are generally managed by the carrier, we are here to help if your package is lost or significantly delayed. In such instances, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a claim. Any refunds for shipping fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once a refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, though additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.
