Shipping Information

What is print-to-order? Print-to-order means that each item is created specifically for you after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and ensures that every product meets our quality standards.

2. How long does it take to process my order? Processing times vary depending on the product but typically take between 2-7 business days before shipping. Once your order is printed and quality-checked, it will be shipped out. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as carrier delays.

3. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. What happens if my order is delayed? While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders). If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

At Emmacul8, the majority of our products are crafted through our print-to-order process. Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that every experience with our brand is exceptional.

If your order arrives with a defect or is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you include clear photos and a brief description of the issue so we can swiftly review and resolve the matter. Should the issue be verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no

additional cost.

In cases where a customization error occurs due to our oversight, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to correct the mistake, either by reprinting your item or processing a refund as appropriate.

While shipping delays or issues are generally managed by the carrier, we are here to help if your package is lost or significantly delayed. In such instances, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a claim. Any refunds for shipping fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once a refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, though additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.
